Shipping policy

Dog and Coast offer FREE 48hr tracked delivery on all UK orders over £60.

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days, however, during busy periods this can be up to 10 working days of purchase.  This is due to everything being made to order.  Processing times can be found on items individual products page.  When ordering products with different lead times, all products will be sent together when all products ordered are ready to be dispatched.

We can deliver items anywhere in the Mainland UK.  All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail or Parcel force. We’ll let you know when your item(s) have been dispatched via email (check your junk folder if you do not receive this).  The Royal Mail or Parcelforce will attempt delivery and if the recipient is not at home a card will be left with written instructions asking you to contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery or to collect. It is then the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery or collection. 


Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details.
 
All postage is calculated on weight, please allow up to  5 working days for delivery within the UK.

International Standard Postage - Europe

unfortunately due to Brexit we no longer ship to Europe.
