Our handcrafted ID collars are made from 100% natural cotton rope and are handmade using traditional splicing and whipping methods. 8mm rope used is used for these collars which is very soft and lightweight. You can choose to have it hand dyed or left natural. If you don’t see a colour option you’d like please message me as I will likely be able to do it. You can also choose to have an initial hand stamped tag attached too. Every part of this collar has been crafted using sustainable and environmentally friendly materials.
Our ID collars are great for attaching your dogs ID tag if you generally use slip leads or a harness. This collar is intended for identification purposed only and not to be used with a lead attached.
Fitting - measure around the largest part of your pets head, to make sure you can pop the collar on and off. Please note these collars are not adjustable and are made to order.
Our cotton rope collars are hand dyed it is recommended to use a damp cloth to remove dirt. They can be washed by hand in warm soapy water but this may fade the colour of the collars over time - do not leave to soak or the colour will fade. Hang wet collars and allow to dry naturally. To avoid silver hardware from rusting make sure you dry them immediately after washing. Alternatively, choose our solid brass hardware..
Please note all our collars are handcrafted. Therefore, they may vary slightly in shape, colour and size.

We test every product and hardware before sending. However, please check regularly for wear and tear. We recommend to always check your dog’s walking accessories before use.
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. You also have the option to upgrade to 24 hour tracked at checkout if needed. International orders are all sent tracked.

When it comes to posting our products, as a small business, we want to be transparent and let you know that we charge for delivery rather than adding these costs to our products, we also ensure our packaging is good for the planet too!

Your Order
You can return your product up to 30 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in a new and unused condition. Return postage has to be covered by the buyer and it is recommended that you get proof of postage and use tracked postage. Please note grooming products, custom orders and sizes, and personalised items cannot be returned. Please see our return policy for full information.
